You can permanently delete your Royal Slots account and all associated game data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
1. Open Royal Slots (browser or the Android app).
2. Tap the PROFILE button in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the profile window.
4. Confirm twice — the account and its data are erased right away.
If you cannot access the game, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you played as a guest, include your Player ID (shown in the profile window) so we can identify the right account. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
• your player account and any linked sign-in identity (Google/Facebook);
• your COINS balance, game progress and spin history;
• bonuses, quests, tournament entries and in-game inbox messages;
• active sessions on every device.
COINS are virtual and have no real-world value, so nothing is refundable or transferable on deletion.
We may keep a minimal record of a purchase or a security event where law requires it (for example accounting or fraud-prevention obligations). Such records are kept separately from your game profile and are not used to re-identify you in the game. See our Privacy Policy for details.
